In order to ensure the safety of your child, we need to work to a particular system. Please help us as much as possible in the following ways:
Places for X:site are in high demand. To guarantee your child's place, please complete and return a 'Registration Form' as soon as possible, but in any event by the Wednesday before the event.
(Bookings can be made on the day but on a first come, first serve basis).
DROPPING OFF
- Please register your child first at the Registration Desk. There they will be allocated to a group and will be given a badge with the name of the group.
- Please take your child to their group (as written on the badge).
- Please take a collection ticket for your child from your child's group leader. Please keep this in a safe place.
COLLECTION
- No child will be allowed to leave the venue without their appropriate adult.
- At the X:site the relevant collection ticket must be presented to the group leader before your child can be collected. This ensures that only you or an adult authorised by you can collect your child. If someone else is collecting the child, please pass on the collection ticket to them. If this is not possible, please write down the name of the person collecting the child on the collection ticket and hand the collection ticket back to the group leader BEFORE YOU LEAVE. (Please note that this person will be asked to prove their ID on collection). Should you lose your collection ticket, please speak to our Registration Desk.
- Please collect your child promptly at the end event as children worry if their parents don't arrive quickly.
